These terms govern use of EQShed, a free browser tool to trim audio, adjust bass/mid/treble, preview, and download a WAV. EQShed is operated by the Brazilian company listed in the operator details on this page.

The service

EQShed is provided as available. Features may change. This public product surface does not include user accounts, cloud storage of recordings, public share links, or paid subscriptions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you open in the studio and for having the rights to process and download them. Do not use EQShed for unlawful content or to harm others or the service.

No warranty

EQShed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Audio results depend on your file and device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EQShed, including lost data or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only as far as allowed.
